Too much of our back-office process depended on one person knowing which reports to pull, how to combine them and what to check. Rebuilding that knowledge from scratch with someone new made no sense.

300 hours to turn the process into software

We mapped the workflow step by step — reports, calculations, reconciliations, exceptions and outputs — and built the first version around the way our business actually worked.

Today, VAT checks, OSS calculations, internal reporting and invoice reconciliations are largely automated, saving us around 60 hours every month.
